Individual Therapy

You Do Not Have to Keep Carrying This Alone.

Telehealth therapy for adults ready to do the real work, with a therapist who sees you fully.

Something brought you here. Maybe it is the anxiety that will not quiet down no matter how much you pray or plan or push through. Maybe it is grief that does not look like grief from the outside but sits in your chest like a stone. Maybe you are exhausted from being the strong one, the capable one, the one everyone else leans on, and you have quietly started to wonder who holds you. Whatever brought you here, you are in the right place.

Who We Serve

We Have a Particular Heart for Clients Who Have Often Gone Unseen.

Women

Navigating the unique emotional weight of caregiving, identity, burnout, and the pressure to hold everything together. You deserve a space where someone holds you.

Black and Marginalized Communities

Who want a therapist who does not require them to explain their cultural context from scratch. Someone who understands the particular weight of moving through systems and spaces that were not built with them in mind.

Clients Seeking Whole-Person Care

Who want a therapist that sees all of who they are — their history, their values, their community, and their inner life. We meet you where you are and build a path forward from there.

Fees and Insurance

We Believe Financial Barriers to Mental Health Care Are a Justice Issue.

We work to make our services as accessible as possible. We accept a number of insurance plans and offer a self-pay rate for clients paying privately. A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship.

Please ask about insurance panels, current rates, and reduced-fee availability during your consultation call. We are happy to answer any questions about cost before you commit to anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. What you share in therapy stays in therapy, with very limited legal exceptions such as imminent risk of harm to yourself or others. We will explain the full scope of confidentiality during your intake.

Do you only work with women?

No. We welcome clients of all genders. We have particular expertise in issues that disproportionately affect women and Black communities, and those clients make up the majority of our practice. Our door is open to anyone seeking thoughtful, affirming care.

Do I have to be religious for faith-informed therapy?

Not at all. Faith integration is an option, not a requirement. If spirituality is important to you, we can weave it into your care. If it is not, we work from a fully secular framework. You lead, we follow.

How long will I be in therapy?

That depends entirely on your goals and your process. Some clients find what they need in 8 to 12 sessions. Others work with us for a year or more. We check in regularly about your progress and adjust accordingly. You are always in control of your care.

You do not have to have it all figured out before you call. You just have to be ready to start.
