About This Supervision
What You Can Expect From Supervision Here
Reflective Practice
Supervision that creates space to examine not just what you did, but why — and what it stirred in you. The parallel process is real, and you deserve a supervisor who knows how to work with it.
Cultural Competency
Developing your ability to work across difference — racial, cultural, faith, and socioeconomic — is not optional in this field. Supervision here names it directly and builds your capacity intentionally.
Ethical Grounding
You will encounter ethical dilemmas in this work. Supervision prepares you to sit with complexity, consult appropriately, and make decisions you can stand behind — not just ones that feel comfortable.
Clinical Skill-Building
Practical case conceptualization, treatment planning, and intervention skill development across a range of presenting concerns and clinical modalities.
Documentation and Compliance
Clear, compliant, defensible clinical documentation — because poor documentation is a liability for you and a disservice to your clients.
Professional Identity
Who are you as a clinician? Supervision creates the conditions for that answer to develop with intention — not by accident.
Your Supervisor
Jasmine J. Singleton, LCSW-S
Jasmine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with active licensure in Texas and New Mexico, and a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in Texas. She has provided direct clinical services and clinical supervision across a range of settings, and she brings the same values to the supervision relationship that she brings to the therapy room: honesty, cultural attunement, and a genuine investment in the person across from her.
She is also a U.S. Army Veteran who understands firsthand what it means to operate in high-demand environments with limited support. Her supervisees consistently describe her as someone who is honest without being harsh, and who challenges them to become more than they thought they could.
